Job Description

A luxury homebuilder is seeking a detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of email campaigns across multiple divisions. This role partners with marketing managers, creative teams, and corporate stakeholders to ensure emails are accurate, on brand, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage email requests submitted through Workfront and coordinate campaign execution in Salesforce and other email marketing platforms.
-Review campaign requirements, assets, and approvals to ensure readiness for deployment.
-Perform thorough QA testing, including formatting, links, personalization, and functionality checks.
-Proofread email copy and review creative assets for accuracy and brand consistency.
-Maintain campaign schedules and ensure timely delivery of email communications.
-Troubleshoot issues related to email automations, customer journeys, and scheduled campaigns.
-Track campaign performance and assist with reporting, insights, and process improvements.

Important Note This is a production-focused marketing operations role, not a design or copywriting position. The majority of the work involves project management, campaign coordination, QA, scheduling, and ensuring emails are launched accurately and on time. Ideal candidates are highly organized, process-driven, and have exceptional attention to detail.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of Project Management experience with email marketing, marketing operations, or a related digital marketing role.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
• Excellent written communication, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with Salesforce Suite Applications or other Email Marketing Applications
• Knowledge of database architecture and SQL
