Insight Global is looking to hire a Division IT Manager for one of our largest manufacturing clients to sit in Erie, PA. As a Division IT Manager, you will work with divisional functional teams to understand needs and develop a roadmap for delivering enhanced capabilities, new technology and systems. You will be leading the team responsible for maintaining systems and processes to keep existing systems running and meeting performance SLAs of the business and keep existing systems up to date and secure by upgrading, enhancing, and patching. You will be responsible for enhancing systems and processes to be SOX compliant including disaster recovery plans, vulnerability remediation, and compliance with government regulations such as DFARS and CMMC. You will also work with corporate IT teams to determine which systems should be division solutions and which should be enterprise solutions, developing plans for each and executing. You will have 5 Analysts reporting directly, and 7 site report roles indirectly. There will be up to 25% of travel.

- Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Engineering or related field
- 10+ years experience implementing best practice infrastructure and security processes and technologies
- 3+ years leading IT in a manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting SAP or other ERP systems
- Experience in aerospace/defense industry and associated flow-down requirements (e.g., CMMC, ITAR)
- MBA or masters degree in IT
