Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting environmental and geotechnical projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring all financial and contract-related activities are completed accurately. The individual will review project proposals in Oracle to verify proper setup, evaluate project costs for accuracy and reasonableness, and establish financial contracts. Responsibilities also include processing change orders and maintaining project financial records throughout the project lifecycle. The role works closely with Project Managers to provide financial oversight and support project success.

Required Skills & Experience
3-4 years of accounting experience
1-2 years of Oracle experience, with the ability to confidently navigate and utilize the system
Strong understanding of job costing and invoicing processes
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable handling high-pressure situations and meeting deadlines
Quick learner with a strong willingness to be trained and adapt to new processes
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Oracle Fusion specifically
