Job Description

Evaluates contractor proposals for fair and reasonable cost with minimal assistance on complex projects.
Participates in contractor selection, contract awards, change negotiations, constructability reviews, and cost/schedule visibility reviews.
Secures facilities design and resource commitments for complex projects.
Develops comprehensive work packages including budget, schedule, drawings, specifications, statement of work, procurement, and estimates.
Coordinates with stakeholders (e.g., customer, designers, SHEA, crafts, security, network infrastructure) to create implementation plans.
Assembles and releases work packages by integrating documents such as work orders, service requests, drawings, quotes, schedules, and permits.
Evaluates customer requests and defines requirements for complex projects.
Identifies and clarifies customer needs to develop preliminary scope of work.
Creates layouts and conceptual designs.
Ensures compliance with regulatory standards (city, county, state, federal).
Develops options to meet project objectives and ensure constructability.
Supports development of conceptual, budgetary, and detailed cost estimates.
Negotiates project options with customer to select optimal solutions.
Ensures completion and retention of project records per standard procedures.
Coordinates implementation activities including relocations, construction, utility shutdowns, budget and schedule management.
Verifies compliance with project documents and regulatory requirements.
Receives and validates customer requests via electronic methods.
Logs requests into work management systems for tracking and execution.
Requires applicable educational/certification credentials or equivalent experience.
