SDET/Backend Automation

We are seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to support backend automation initiatives. This individual will focus on developing automated testing solutions for web services and backend systems while partnering closely with engineering teams to improve quality and efficiency across the software development lifecycle

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
• Write and enhance automation code using Ruby
• Create and execute automated tests for backend services and APIs
• Collaborate with developers to identify automation opportunities and improve test coverage
• Troubleshoot defects and test failures
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to automation best practices
• Support continuous integration and automated testing initiatives

- Proficient in Ruby programming language
- Experience developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks
- Experience testing APIs and backend services
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and quality engineering practices
- Debugging experience in Linux

- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a test engineer
- 1+ years' experience creating and maintaining automated test framework
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment environments
