Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UX/UI Designer to join our digital team supporting an application modernization effort. This role will be instrumental in modernizing legacy enterprise applications into intuitive, scalable, and user-centric platforms that support operational excellence across global manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design Strategy & Execution:
Lead the UX/UI design of enterprise applications undergoing modernization.
Translate business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment with business goals and user needs.
User-Centered Design:
Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.
Create user personas, journey maps, and interaction flows tailored to manufacturing workflows.
Design Systems & Standards:
Develop and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency across platforms.
Apply responsive and mobile-first design principles to support diverse user environments.
Agile Collaboration:
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of design assets.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within enterprise or industrial software environments.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and familiarity with front-end development workflows.
- Experience designing for complex systems with multiple user roles and data layers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance (e.g., WCAG).
