Job Description

Overview:

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Site Deployment Program Lead – Manufacturing Systems (Integration Lead) to support our client in deploying centrally-developed digital manufacturing solutions across a global manufacturing network. This role is responsible for program managing site-level rollout and adoption—ensuring deployments are executed consistently, integrated into site business processes, and delivered with measurable operational value. This position is not responsible for designing/building the global solution; instead, it ensures each manufacturing site is deployment-ready, executes cutover/go-live effectively, and sustains adoption post-launch. This is a large-scale effort spanning 16 sites and approximately 120 projects, requiring strong governance, communication, and change leadership across multiple time zones.
Day to Day:

- Lead the end-to-end site deployment program for global manufacturing systems across 16 sites, coordinating scope, schedule, dependencies, and rollout sequencing
- Provide structure and governance across ~120 projects, ensuring consistent execution, clear ownership, and reliable site reporting
- Manage and coordinate a network of site integration leads and site business deployment resources (dotted-line / direct-line coordination)
- Run program operating rhythm: deployment roadmap, status reporting, executive updates, decision logs, RAID/risk logs, and escalation management
- Drive site readiness activities (readiness assessments, business process alignment, data preparation, testing coordination, cutover planning)
- Ensure strong change management: training alignment, communications, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning to embed solutions into daily operations
- Act as the primary liaison between global solution teams/IT delivery and site leadership to ensure local operational needs are met without derailing global standards
- Capture lessons learned from early waves and continuously improve playbooks, templates, and rollout approach for subsequent sites
- Monitor post-go-live stabilization and adoption, identifying gaps and coordinating remediation to ensure sustainable business value
