Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is seeking a Shop Foreman to go onsite four days a week with a large construction client to oversee their shop within their custom cabinetry and design division. The Shop Foreman will manage the shop employees, working alongside them during production/fabrication, assembly, and general upkeep/organization of the shop. This individual must efficiently communicate with team members to convey any production/installation challenges with a positive and professional attitude. The Shop Foreman must be able to meet deadlines, work collaboratively with office staff, have exceptional attention to detail. The Shop Foreman will be accountable for day-to-day operations of the shop.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading crews in cabinetry or wood working projects.
• Experience reading and interpreting architectural plans, specifications, & construction documents.
• Sound familiarity operating the following machinery: CNC router, Edge bander, Panel Saw, Table saws, Miter Saws, Shapers
• Ability to read building and accessibility code.
• Experience leading a team as well as managing individual responsibilities
• Ability to respond to continually changing priorities and working on multiple projects.
• Comfortability with ladders & heights.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Nice-to-Have:
• Ability to work overtime, be on-call periodically for nights and weekends and work as required to accomplish goals and objectives.
