Job Description
We are seeking a Scrum Master to join the Agile Practice team of a large Supply Chain client. The ideal candidate will bring Lean, Agile, Scrum, Kaizen and Kanban principals to lead a team through Scrum projects. This person will partner with Product Owners, Business Leaders, DevOps teams, and others to ensure synchronization throughout the agile springs. Additional responsibilities include:
• Leveraging Scrum of Scrums to remove barriers to fast track improvements
• Co-author ready and done definitions
Encourage ADKAR and Change Management methodologies

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agile, Project Management, or related
• 10+ Years experience in IT Domain
• 3+ Years experience as a Scrum Leader with Lean and Kaizen methodologies
• Scrum Credentials/Certifications (Scrum Alliance, Certified Scrum Master, Scrum Inc, ICAGile, SAFe ect.)
• Experience leading use of Project Management tools (Jira, Confluence, Office365, etc.)
Soft Skills - Curiosity and self-motivator - will chase down answers and solutions, drive proactiveness across the group
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Domain platform experience (OMS, WMS, Supply Chain, ERPs, ect.) or technical understanding of integrated models (APIs, ETLs, etc.)
