Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Scrum Master in Hyderabad India to support a Fortune 500 manufacturing client of ours. This is a key role in helping the Application Development team achieve Agile success. This role is responsible for educating project team members on various levels of agile principles and provide them with tools to implement processes into their work. This Scrum Master will provide hands-on support to various employees and team members, collaborate with various teams to lead them into agile adoption, growth, and improvement. They will use techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation within the agile team(s).

Required Skills & Experience
- A 4-year degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
-7+ years of in an Agile environment
-Proven experience bringing teams to agile maturity
-Strong communication skills
-Can foster and maintain strong relationship across various teams/functions
-Cloud experience/knowledge
-At least 3-4 years as a Scrum Master
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Azure DevOps Exposure/Knowledge
-Aws Exposure/Knowledge
