Insight Global's manufacturing client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Salesforce Admin/Developer to support our Digital Organization. This role will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce platform to drive digital transformation across business units. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a collaborative mindset to deliver scalable solutions that align with PPG’s strategic goals.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Experience, and Flow Builder.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and middleware tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Familiarity with PPG’s business domains (coatings, manufacturing, supply chain).
• Experience working in a global enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
