Lead solution design leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 OOB capabilities with minimal customization
Implement custom functionality in Microsoft CRM including Plugins, Workflows, API Integrations, and Dataverse
Extend application capability through creation of new entities, forms, work flows and reports

Lead internal teams and system integrators across design, build, testing, and deployment
Ensure delivery alignment with overall ERP program milestones and dependencies
Business Partnership & Functional Excellence
Act as the primary IT partner for Sales, Pricing, Operations, Finance, and Order Management teams
Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical solutions
Facilitate process harmonization and simplification across regions and business units
Governance, Quality & Operational Excellence
Establish governance for Order-entry configuration, pricing rules, approvals, and order validation
Ensure solutions meet SOX, audit, compliance, and security standards
Oversee application support, incident management, and continuous improvement post‑go‑live
Integration & E2E Process Enablement
Collaborate with integration teams on API and event‑driven flows between Quote-Order entry, pricing, tax, and fulfillment systems
Ensure accurate and timely data flow for quotes, orders, pricing, and customer data across the enterprise
Champion continuous improvement, automation, and operational efficiency within the OMS platform
