Job Description
Oversee the full lifecycle of security-related projects, from small-scale pilots to enterprise-wide implementations affecting thousands of users
Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in partnership with stakeholders and technical teams
Collect and document business and technical requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and security protocols
Refine and enhance project intake workflows, including resource allocation and effort estimation, to improve forecasting and delivery accuracy
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting summaries, action items, timelines, and progress reports
Promote cross-departmental collaboration and ensure consistent, transparent communication with all stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience managing complex technology or security projects within enterprise environments
Proficiency in project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Jira, MS Project)
Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across diverse groups
Experience in process optimization and change management is highly desirable
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Background in information security or enterprise IT infrastructure
Familiarity with resource planning, capacity modeling, and level-of-effort estimation
Known for proactive follow-through, collaborative mindset, and solution-oriented approach
