* Oversee the management of approximately 10 studies within a larger portfolio, ensuring successful completion over the next 12-18 months.
* Ensure strict adherence to deadlines, swiftly addressing any issues such as data miscaptures or participant (PT) problems to maintain project integrity.
* Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities, fostering a culture of ownership and proactive problem-solving.
* Monitor project progress closely, identifying any potential roadblocks and implementing strategies to overcome them.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks to ensure all objectives are met within the designated timeframes.

* Bachelor's degree and at least four years of professional work experience
* Experience working as a Project Manager with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Experience communicating with stakeholders to deliver updates regarding project progress and gather updates about business needs
* Strong organizational, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
* Demonstrated ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
* Demonstrated ability to remain adaptable and flexible in stressful situations.
* Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and solve problems.
* 1+ year of experience with Windows and macOS
* Experience with virtual reality systems, cameras and optical systems, lighting systems, and audio systems
* Experience managing projects within the engineering or research space
