Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software QA Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in manual and/or automated testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across mobile and web platforms.
• Perform manual and automated testing on Android and iOS devices.
• Validate app functionality, UI/UX consistency, performance, and compatibility across devices and OS versions.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Appium, Selenium, or similar.
• Continuously improve QA processes and contribute to best practices in testing and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and provide feedback early in the development cycle.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like YouTrack, Jira or similar.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of the Agile development process.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in software QA, with a strong focus on mobile app testing.
• Hands-on experience with Android and iOS platforms.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs and tools like Postman for API testing.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Good understanding of mobile UI/UX standards and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Familiarity with mobile automation tools (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest).
