Insight Global is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Operations Engineer, you will play a crucial role in deploying, managing, and optimizing machine learning models in production environments. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration and operation of machine learning solutions. Your expertise will drive the scalability, reliability, and performance of our machine learning systems.
* Design, implement, and maintain scalable machine learning infrastructure and pipelines.
* Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments.
* Collaborate with data scientists to optimize model performance and ensure reproducibility.
* Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows.
* Implement best practices for model versioning, testing, and validation.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model deployment and performance.
* Ensure the security and compliance of machine learning systems.
* Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in machine learning operations or a related role.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PySpark, Terraform, Bash etc.
* Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
* Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
* Knowledge of MLOps tools and platforms (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
* Experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
