Job Description
The Offshore Engineer will support the "Keeping the Lights on Team", operating primarily in the background of triaging and feature development. Modeled after the skill set of a Java, Springboot Microservices developer, this role focuses on execution rather than ownership — supporting tickets, feature work, and production stability without direct collaboration with onshore engineers.

Required Skills & Experience
- Feature Development within a Java, Springboot, Microservices environment
- Strong Java and backend troubleshooting experience
- Production incident triage experience
- Retail Domain Experience
- Working knowledge of GCP, GKE and Kubernetes basics
- SQL knowledge
- Analyzing logs, metrics, and traces to identify issues
- Root-cause Analysis
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-POS domain experience
