Insight Global is looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for a client in the healthcare technology space. The TPM will coordinate execution across product, engineering, IT, and business teams to ensure smooth project planning and delivery over their largest platforms.
Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Lead planning and delivery of strategic initiatives.
Coordination: Manage workstream sequencing and prioritization.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate decision-making across teams.
Execution: Define scope, timelines, and success metrics; track progress.
Communication: Ensure alignment and clear communication.
Vendor Management: Liaise between internal teams and partners.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve risks and blockers.

8+ years of experience leading technical programs or large-scale initiatives in software, SaaS, or healthcare tech environments.
o Strategic Execution: Connect strategy to execution in Agile/Scaled Agile environments.
Working across organizational structure and implementing technical processes and standards.
Technical Acumen: Understand software systems, architectures, and AI/ML basics.
Business Acumen: working knowledge of business process and stakeholder relationships.
Experience with Agile methodologies, SDLC, and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification or Project Management Professional (PMP)
Experience in digital health, clinical workflows, or regulated healthcare environments.
