Insight Global is searching for an IT Infrastructure Administrator for our financial services client based in Pittsburgh PA. This role will oversee and optimize core IT functions that support enterprise infrastructure and service delivery. This role is responsible for system monitoring, maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), driving knowledge management initiatives, and ensuring robust backup and recovery processes. The role requires hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms and an understanding of AI technologies to support innovation and automation across IT operations. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, process discipline, and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance system reliability, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in IT, including 3 years as a Windows/Linux systems administrator.
• Strong Tier 2 support and debugging capabilities.
• Experience with system/application integration.
• Familiarity with application development and operations.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Proven ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
