Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Development Lead to join a large manufacturing client in the Stockholm area. This person will act as a technical counterpart to the leadership team in the software development space. Key responsibilities of this role will be code reviews, strategy development, architect alignment, executing best practices for development efficiency, encouraging scalable solutions, and collaboration with both technical and function parts of the business. This person will be expected to work 50/50 on a technical and functional level to guide both technical development and business strategy alignment, so soft skills are going to be critical.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, etc.
- 7-10 years' experience in software development with a focus on C#/.Net development and integrating with CICD pipelines
- 2+ years in a lead role on a development team
- Skilled with advanced mathematical calculations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Masters in Data Science or Physics
- Experience in the Manufacturing Industry
- AI Integration Experience with SAP ERP platforms
