- Define and design ERP-based solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure scalability, integration, and performance across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Partner with business leaders to understand operational challenges and opportunities.
- Provide architectural guidance and best practices to project teams.
- Drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Solution Architect in ERP environments (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). (12+ total YOE)
- Deep knowledge of core business processes:
- Order to Cash (OTC)
- Procure to Pay (PTP)
- Planning
- Warehousing
- Transportation Management (TM)
- Global Trade Management (GTM)
- Record to Report (RTR)
- Strong expertise in business process design, integration, and optimization.
- Hands-on solution architecture experience with ERP implementation projects.
- Solid understanding of application and integration development framework.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance technical depth with business strategy alignment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in retail, manufacturing industry solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and DevOps practices.
