Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to lead the design, integration, production support, and ongoing optimization of a complex enterprise application ecosystem supporting our Digital & Data Platform (DDP).
This role is solution-focused and techno‑functional, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure stability, scalability, and continuous improvement across Finance, Supply Chain, Order Management, and Warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate brings deep enterprise application knowledge, strong integration architecture experience, and a proven ability to operate in production support environments—owning issues end to end while driving long-term architectural improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the lead architect for enterprise applications across ERP, OMS, and WMS platforms
Own production support for DDP-aligned applications, ensuring system stability, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis
Design and govern cross-application integrations across Oracle, Dynamics, OMS, and WMS platforms
Partner with business teams to translate functional requirements into scalable solution designs
Drive process optimization across finance, supply chain, order-to-cash, and fulfillment workflows
Provide architectural guidance for enhancements, upgrades, and new capabilities
Collaborate with vendors, system integrators, and internal delivery teams
Ensure alignment to enterprise architecture standards and best practice

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in enterprise applications / solution architecture roles
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
Oracle ERP (Finance and/or SCM modules strongly preferred)
Microsoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations and/or CRM)
IBM Order Management System (OMS)
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) – Manhattan, Blue Yonder (JDA), or similar
Strong experience designing and supporting integration patterns (APIs, middleware, event-driven, batch, etc.)
Proven background in production support environments (L2/L3 ownership, incident resolution, system stabilization)
Strong techno-functional skill set — able to bridge business processes and technical design
Experience supporting enterprise-scale, best-of-breed architectures
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting or architecting Digital & Data Platforms
Middleware experience (MuleSoft, Boomi, Tibco, Dell Boomi, etc.)
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Experience working in distribution, retail, or supply chain–heavy environments
Prior experience leading solution architecture in complex, multi-vendor ecosystems
