Job Description

Day-to-Day:
• Enter, validate, and maintain security reference and middle-office data
• Create and manage security master records following established procedures
• Monitor data quality controls and investigate data breaks between systems
• Perform root cause analysis on data quality issues and recommend remediation
• Partner with source system data owners to understand data definitions and limitations
• Support client data migrations from legacy technology to internal platforms
• Prepare daily morning reports and ad-hoc reporting as requested
• Communicate frequently with internal teams and external clients
• Support BAU operations with contractor team during stabilization period

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Internship or prior exposure to financial services or data environments
• Experience using SQL or Power BI from college courses or on the job training (they'll be working with pre-existing queiries)
• VERY STRONG attention to detail-Experience analyzing and working with complex datasets
• Client-facing communication skills (formal, punctual, professional)
• Ability to multitask and operate in a deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to ask questions, learn quickly, and take ownership
