Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Client Migrations Program Manager that will lead the end-to-end orchestration of our enterprise-wide client migration effort. This is a cross-functional leadership role responsible for defining the overarching migration strategy, developing scalable processes, coordinating key stakeholders, and ensuring we deliver a seamless experience for all customers as they move from existing solutions to the go-forward platform.

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
Develop and manage the overall client migration roadmap aligned to product availability, commercial readiness, and client priorities.
Define phases, cohorts, go/no-go criteria, risk thresholds, and success measures across the portfolio of client transitions.
Drive governance and cadence for executive visibility, decision-making, and risk escalation.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Align and synchronize workstreams across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Services, IT, Legal, and Customer Support.
Identify interdependencies (e.g., contractual terms, technical constraints, support model readiness) and drive resolution across teams.
Partner closely with client-facing teams to ensure migration plans reflect real-world customer needs and constraints.
Frameworks, Tooling, and Repeatability
Create and maintain scalable tools, playbooks, and templates for internal teams to plan and execute migrations.
Define the segmentation and prioritization model (e.g., migration cohorts by region, product mix, or strategic tier).
Establish migration governance processes and reporting structures.
Tracking & Risk Management
Monitor progress against the overall transition plan, highlighting risks, tradeoffs, and milestones.
Lead weekly forums or steering committees to report on status and resolve blockers.
Track portfolio-level metrics, including capacity to migrate, client readiness, and financial impact.
Change Leadership
Serve as the internal "air traffic controller" ensuring that customer migration efforts stay aligned with broader transformation goals.
Coordinate communication and change management efforts in collaboration with transformation and marketing teams.
Help internal teams manage change fatigue, capacity challenges, and interdepartmental friction that can arise during mass transitions.
