Job Description
Insight Global is looking for Banking Analysts to join one of their financial services clients in Pittsburgh, PA. The individuals will support custody and accounting processing for mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, with a primary focus on Proxy Voting and Class Actions. Partners with third-party vendors to ensure clients retain the ability to vote at proxy meetings and that class action payments are processed and distributed accurately and on time. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 4 days a week onsite in Pittsburgh, PA.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Support execution of mandatory and voluntary corporate action-related custody and accounting processing.
• Process liability notices, dividend payments, and interest payments, including allocation to client accounts.
• Coordinate with Proxy and Class Action vendors to support end-to-end event processing and timely client outcomes.
• Reconcile client holdings versus agent holdings to ensure accurate proxy ballot entitlement and voting eligibility.
• Maintain complete documentation and required recordkeeping within event files to support auditability and controls.
• Respond to basic client inquiries and service requests; escalate or partner with senior team members for more complex items.
• Contribute to client conversion, release, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical/processing guidance to more junior staff as needed (no direct reports).
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of assigned work in alignment with team procedures and service-level expectations.

Required Skills & Experience
• High School diploma/secondary school education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to follow defined processes, maintain detailed records, and manage multiple time-sensitive events
• Basic knowledge of excel
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of total work experience, preferably in financial services operations/processing.
• Experience with corporate actions processing, including proxy voting and/or class actions.
• Understanding of proxy voting support for Annual General Meetings (AGMs), including key event dates (e.g., announcement date, record date, cutoff date, meeting date).
