Job Description
We are seeking a certified Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst to join our Ambulatory Systems team as a backfill for a recently promoted team member. This role will support ongoing maintenance and testing efforts across 11 sites, with a strong focus on pharmacy workflows and system optimization. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Epic Willow Ambulatory, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to support go-live readiness and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Support maintenance and configuration of Epic Willow Ambulatory across multiple sites
Collaborate with operations and pharmacy teams to ensure system readiness and testing support
Build and update medication records, MDCs, and inbasket pools within ServiceNow
Assist with cost updates and pharmacy-specific requests

Required Skills & Experience
Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification with maintenance Willow support experience
Experience with ServiceNow for building new meds, building new MDCs, cost updates, requests for new inbasket pools, etc. (they also service specialty pharmacy)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work onsite twice weekly and travel across regional sites as needed
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior exposure to go-live support and system testing to serve as a technical backboard for go-live activities led by another team member
Willow ambulatory POS system go live
Clinical background or pharmacy experience
Compass Rose certification
