UX Designer - INTL Brazil

The UX Designer will lead end-to-end UX design efforts across digital products, partnering closely with UX researchers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify user needs and shape future product direction. This individual will own user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while ensuring experiences remain intuitive, scalable, and consistent. The role requires balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints, serving as a strong advocate for the user while clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions to stakeholders. The designer will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business partners, often supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously and operating comfortably in ambiguous problem spaces. Beyond execution, this person will contribute to product discovery, future-state planning, and strategic UX discussions, helping define long-term product vision and improve existing user experiences. Responsibilities also include leveraging and extending established design systems, incorporating research insights into iterative design improvements, exploring opportunities to use AI to enhance design workflows, and participating in collaborative workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews to drive alignment and successful product outcomes.

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer

• Advanced proficiency with Figma

• Strong end-to-end UX design experience, including user flows, information architecture, interaction design, consistency, and scalability

• Experience designing for B2B and/or B2C digital products

• Experience independently leading UX efforts for projects or product initiatives

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across cross-functional teams

• Ability to manage multiple products and priorities simultaneously

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, strategic product thinking, and polished visual design skills

• Ability to clearly articulate design rationale and explain the "why" behind design decisions

• Experience partnering with UX researchers, product managers, and engineering teams to support product discovery, roadmap planning, and feature development

• Experience with AI-enabled design tools and workflows

• UX research experience

• Accessibility knowledge, including inclusive design practices and WCAG considerations

• Experience designing for products serving multiple user groups or personas

• B2C product experience

• Educational technology experience

• Experience improving mature or established products
