A large Philadelphia-based hospital is seeking a Clinical Trials Study Start-Up Project Manager to join their team. This role is 100% onsite for the first 90 days, transitioning to a hybrid schedule thereafter. Working on 15-30 studies in active startup/feasility questionnaire.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all clinical aspects of study start-up activities
- Manage timelines and ensure adherence to project milestones
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members
- Track study progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Complete feasibility questionnaires and submit to sponsors
- Coordinate scheduling for pre-site visits, including equipment and supply needs in collaboration with the Principal Investigator (PI)
- Route study protocols to internal committees for review
- Liaise with CROs and sponsors throughout the start-up phase
