Job Description

Our large construction firm is currently hiring for a Senior Scheduler to join their team in Philadelphia. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, using Primavera P6, collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate scheduling and timely project completion. The role involves monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to schedules, providing regular updates and reports on project timelines and milestones, identifying potential scheduling conflicts, and proposing solutions to mitigate delays. Additionally, the scheduler will ensure compliance with project deadlines and contractual obligations. This individual should have experience coming from the construction consulting world and will ideally have either a RMP, PSP, or PMP. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week onsite in Philadelphia.

Required Skills & Experience

15 years of scheduling experience
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Management, or related field
Experience using Primavera P6 scheduling software
Experience with construction schedules for the design-build phase of the projects
Consulting construction background

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PSP, PMP or RMP certification
