Job Description

One of our Wealth Management clients is looking for a Securities Processing Associate to join their Operations team for a 6-month contract with the possibility to convert to a permanent employee in Philadelphia, PA. This position works closely with all Operations Teams to ensure timely and accurate posting of proceeds, delivery of time-sensitive information and will act on instructions from the branches for all physical security and AIP related communications. Some responsibilities include:
- Process and settle securities transactions, including equities, fixed income, and mutual funds.
- Reconcile daily trade activity and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required Skills & Experience

- BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or Related Field or 2-3 years of applicable experience
