One of Insight Global's clients is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst, where you will collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document Salesforce-related requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications and user stories. You'll work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation, supporting Agile practices such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups. Your role will also involve assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and pre-UAT preparation, creating mockups and wireframes to visualize UI/UX functionality, and using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms to manage work items and track progress. You'll facilitate cross-functional collaboration across diverse business units, evaluate the feasibility of requested functionalities, and ensure alignment with Salesforce platform capabilities. Additionally, you will document workflows and processes using Visio or similar tools, while providing basic support and insights into Salesforce functionality and configuration.

-Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce
