A healthcare insurance client is looking to hire a Senior Business Systems Analyst for their Pharmacy Benefit Management applications team, this is a small team of 3 responsible for all technical projects. This person will be responsible for driving communication with vendor partners, gathering requirements and managing project tasks for system changes and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have an experience leading data integration projects for .NET based applications. This person must be comfortable working in a high-intensity, fast paced environment.

- 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst driving and leading SDLC projects
- 5+ years of experience gathering and writing requirements for Microsoft Technical Stack (.NET) based applications
- 5+ years of experience working within the managed care or healthcare industry
- 3+ years of experience supporting data integration projects for a large healthcare enterprise environment
- Proven ability to work in a high intensity, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM)
