One of our largest clients is looking for a Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will regularly communicate with product to gather information and translate it into actionable user stories. You'll work closely with development, engineering, and platform teams, developing and prioritizing user stories from requirements while understanding clinician workflows. Managing interdependencies between teams, you'll allocate your time effectively between the Product Manager, UX, and Engineering squads. Active participation in daily standup meetings is essential, as well as translating requirements to the engineering team. You'll contribute to building a RAG/GenAI system, serve as a bridge between clinical and technical teams, and understand and build reusable components for the platform. Developing a service architecture, applying AI fundamentals, and integrating UX research and design insights into user stories and product requirements will also be key aspects of your day-to-day activities. This role is fully remote but must work core EST Hours.

4+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
Experience working with UX teams to build user stories and move them to product requirements.
Experience writing requirements for building platform/API level services i.e., building a variety of connected services.
Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between clinical and technical teams.
AI Knowledge: Understanding of AI fundamentals and experience with generative AI, RAG, and LLM.
Clinical Knowledge: Familiarity with clinical workflows and how clinicians operate.
Experience working within Healthcare Technology
