Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Process Safety Management (PSM) Coordinator to support a leading manufacturing organization in the Philadelphia area. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and improving the site's Process Safety Management program while ensuring compliance with OSHA PSM standards and other applicable regulations.
This role will partner closely with operations, engineering, maintenance, and EHS teams to drive safety initiatives, manage risk assessments, support audits, and ensure the facility remains compliant and audit-ready.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Process Safety Management within a chemical manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA PSM (29 CFR 1910.119) and EPA Risk Management Plan (RMP) regulations
- Proven ability to lead risk assessments and hazard analysis initiatives
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and process flow diagrams
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience leading regulatory audits and driving compliance improvements
- Familiarity with process safety or EHS management systems/software
- Demonstrated success implementing continuous improvement initiatives in PSM programs
