IG's agricultural technology client is looking for a PMO Technical Support Analyst to join their team in Philadelphia, PA.
The PMO Support Analyst provides critical support to the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring effective project governance, reporting, and process improvement across enterprise initiatives. This role collaborates with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to maintain project documentation, track milestones, and facilitate compliance with the company's project management standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and distribution of project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Support project tracking and reporting, including resource allocation, budget monitoring, and risk management.
- Maintain PMO documentation, templates, and process guides to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
- Support the implementation of project management tools and methodologies across FMC.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project support, PMO, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; attention to detail.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
