Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team, including DOs, chiropractors, physician assistants, and psychologists. The role focuses on pain management and rehabilitation for patients referred by attorneys, physicians, and other healthcare providers, often related to personal injury and workers’ compensation cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with pain, injury, or disability, developing individualized therapy plans.
Collaborate with pain management specialists, chiropractors, PAs, and psychologists for comprehensive care.
Participate in EMG testing and support full-service pain management protocols.
Maintain accurate documentation, including notes, reports for utilization review, and appeals (training provided).
Manage a caseload averaging 20 patients per day, with flexibility for lower volumes.
Educate patients on recovery, home exercises, and injury prevention.
Ensure compliance with insurance and legal requirements, especially for workers’ comp cases.
Support patient transportation needs as required.

Required Skills & Experience
Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania.
Experience in pain management, personal injury, or workers’ compensation settings preferred.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
