A client is looking for a Patient Services Associate to join their team in the Philadelphia, PA This person will work in an OBGYN Practice.
They will work for the health system in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. On a regular basis they will be scheduling/coordinating patient appointments/tests facilitating patient requests, contacting insurance companies, verifying insurance, and updating patient billing information. They will be documenting that information in the EPIC portal. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer care and patient satisfaction.
Job details would be:
Answer about 70 calls a day
Schedule patients
Send messages according to patient's needs.
Call patients to schedule/reschedule appointments.
Hours: M-T 8:15-4:45
Friday 8am-4:30pm
