Job Description
-Collaborate with leaders to define enterprise needs and build ROI-driven change adoption plans.
-Support OCM efforts through stakeholder analysis, resistance planning, readiness assessments, communications, and change implementation tasks.
-Lead the design and delivery of key communications.
-Contribute to training design by documenting requirements and providing input.
-Create actionable tools to help sponsors, managers, and teams manage change effectively.
-Use standard frameworks to build toolkits that strengthen organizational change capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years leading organization-wide change, ideally in group insurance.
-Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, CPCM) preferred.
-Experienced in supporting operations and guiding senior teams through change for both employees and customers.
-Skilled in cross-functional project management and applying change strategies in agile and waterfall environments.
-Strong collaborator with proven ability to build credibility, resolve conflict, and negotiate effectively.
-Quick learner with strong business acumen and adaptability to new domains.
-Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills; balances detail with action.
-Proficient in SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
-Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human -Performance Technology, Communications, or equivalent experience.
