Job Description
In this role, you will manage project budgets, oversee risk management, and run Steering Committees (SteerCo), while handling project tracking and reporting. You will lead and coordinate security and compliance initiatives, including projects related to FedRAMP, HIPAA, and other governance requirements. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll leverage strong communication and organizational skills to ensure effective collaboration and project delivery. The position requires facilitating change management processes and supporting technical teams in product or app development, with a particular focus on healthcare technology and software products. You will utilize tools such as SmartSheet (preferred), MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Confluence to manage workflows and documentation, and operate within an Agile environment to promote efficient teamwork and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Proven experience leading security, compliance, and governance projects (including FedRAMP and HIPAA).
• Strong technical skills and experience in change management
• Experience managing budgets & stakeholders, running Steering Committees (SteerCo), managing risks, and overseeing tracking and reporting
• Self-starter with a proactive, driven approach; able to ramp up quickly within a few months.
• PMP certification preferred; bachelor’s degree required.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Background in Healthcare Technology, particularly in building software products
• Proficient with SmartSheet (preferred), MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Confluence
