Job Description
You’ll be supporting legacy siloed web applications in maintenance mode, performing bug fixes, upgrades, and minor enhancements. You’ll work across both customer-facing and backend systems, digging into existing codebases to identify and resolve issues. The environment blends Windows and Linux, with deployments to AWS. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team using Kanban and may also contribute to a microservices/API development project and ADA/UI enhancement efforts.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–7+ years of experience as a Java Developer
• Strong debugging skills for defect resolution, bug fixes, upgrades, and enhancements
• Familiarity with Tomcat servers
• Proficiency in SQL and query writing using tools like DBeaver
• Experience with MS SQL Server, stored procedures, and SSIS
• Comfortable working in a mixed Windows/Linux environment
• Familiarity with GitHub repositories and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions deployed to AWS
• Experience using Jira and Confluence in a Kanban workflow
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with microservices and API development
• Exposure to ADA compliance and UI accessibility enhancements
