Job Description
An AM 200 law firm is seeking an IT Trainer to join their team. This individual will be responsible for designing and conducting general and legal specific training programs for the Firm's end users utilizing classroom, virtual learning, and individualized training forums, to ensure the clear understanding of necessary software technology features in order to perform the core functions of their jobs. This role will also support the back end of orientation and new hire onboarding. This role sits hybrid on site 2 days per week and is open to any of the following offices: Baltimore, Boston, Wayne, PA, Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, Harrisburg, LA, Miami, Minneapolis, NYC, Newark, NJ, Irvine, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Princeton, Washington DC, West Palm Beach or Wilmington, DE.
Required Skills & Experience
Advanced knowledge of law firm technologies including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, iManage or other document management systems as well as eFiling, Aderant, pdfDocs, InterAction, Microsoft Teams, Zoom
-Experience with eLearning software (Adobe Captivate, Camtasia and/or Articulate) and online training tools
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Bachelor's degree preferred
-At least 5 years' experience training and supporting users in a law firm environment preferred
