Job Description
The Access Review Analyst will be responsible for the execution and Quality Assurance of Identity Access Reviews, Entitlement Management, and Logical Access controls. Access Controls are operated to enforce the principal of Least Privilege and meet stringent regulatory requirements. These controls are tested by external auditors for accuracy and completeness which requires flawless and consistent execution. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
● Performing Quality Assurance over end-to-end Identity Access Reviews
● Identify control gaps and driving sufficient remediation plans
● Planning, designing, developing, and conducting Identity Access Reviews
● Validate input and output of Identity Access Reviews
● Test logical access controls and investigate anomalies.
● Consolidate and present control evidence to internal and external auditors

Required Skills & Experience
Skills:
● Hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management tools such as Saviynt
● Experience with application entitlements and Role Based Access Controls
● Experience testing logical access controls, such as joiners, movers, leavers
● Knowledge/Experience in SOX/SOC1/SOC2 Controls with Audit experience
● Comfortable with utilization of Microsoft Excel formulas - reading and writing
● Knowledge of agile development methodologies
● Experience writing and using SQL Queries
● Bachelor Degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
2+ years experience is preferred
