This position will oversee the full lifecycle of sponsored program proposals—from drafting and reviewing to submitting applications to foundation, federal, and industry sponsors.

The coordinator will ensure all activities align with university and sponsor regulations, policies, and procedures. Post-award responsibilities include financial tracking, budget reporting, and regular collaboration with investigators to manage expenditures and facilitate timely closeout processes.

A core focus of this role is the strategic oversight of clinical research studies, with particular attention to startup execution, billable activities, and cost modeling. The coordinator will ensure each study is financially sound and resource-efficient, enabling optimal use of departmental assets such as the Clinical Studies Unit, and advancing Dermatology’s broader research mission.
