Job Description
This Full-Stack Developer will work in a backend-heavy (≈60%) role using Java (ideally 17) and Spring Boot to build, enhance, and refactor REST APIs and microservices. They will also support front-end development in React, contributing to UI component development and integration. Day-to-day includes participating in Agile ceremonies, collaborating on requirements, following Git workflows, and supporting CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Jenkins). This role is hands-on, focused on delivering new features, modernizing code, and ensuring smooth deployment and overall system performance.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer (approximately 40% front end / 60% back end)
• Experience with Java (Version 17) and Spring Boot (Version 4), including refactoring, API development, and microservices
• Strong React, JavaScript, and TypeScript fundamentals, including building and enhancing UI components (menus, buttons, shared libraries)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows, code reviews, and Agile development environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS) and cloud-based application deployments
• Experience working in large, cross-functional enterprise environments
• Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG) or building accessible UI components
• Experience supporting modern application modernization or refactoring initiatives
