Job Description
You’ll work in a swarm model, focusing the team on one priority product at a time to deliver measurable ADA/WCAG improvements before moving to the next. The work leans front‑end (~70%), where you’ll refactor and enhance React/Handlebars/ASP.NET components to meet accessibility standards, while the back‑end (~30%) involves extending models and creating/modifying REST endpoints in .NET Core/C# to support updated UI flows. Partnering closely with product, UX, and engineering, you’ll implement from pre‑written accessibility requirements, validate outcomes against the VPAT, and document improvements. You’ll collaborate via Teams, participate in the daily standups, conduct code reviews, proactively surface risks/blockers, and track progress towards 2026 goals.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years as a Full-Stack Software Engineer (≈70% front end, 30% back end)
• JavaScript expertise with ReactJS, Handlebars.js, and ASP.NET (Using Visual Studio) for modifying and extending UI components
• Backend development using C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework; ability to create/modify REST endpoints and extend models
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with C++ development
• Familiarity with Accessibility standards and related processes
