Job Description
You’ll work in a swarm model, focusing on one priority product at a time to deliver measurable ADA/WCAG improvements before moving on to the next. The role is front-end heavy (~70%), involving refactoring and enhancing React, Handlebars, and ASP.NET components to meet accessibility standards. The remaining ~30% is back-end focused, extending models and creating or modifying REST endpoints in .NET Core/C# to support updated UI flows. You’ll partner closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams, implement from pre-written accessibility requirements, validate outcomes against the VPAT, and document improvements. Collaboration happens through Teams, daily standups, code reviews, proactive risk and blocker management, and tracking progress toward 2026 goals.
