Job Description

A top 100 law firm in the US is seeking a FP&A Manager to join their growing team. Day to day include: performing quantitative analysis & modeling, follow & communicate key performance metrics, and produce concise visualizations. Interface one-on-one or in a presentation format with senior firm leadership including the CEO, CFO, COO, and other senior partners of the firm. Develop and maintain annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and assumptions for budgeting and forecasting exercises. Quickly handle sensitive ad-hoc requests and help guide the requester to the appropriate information and utilizing external data to benchmark firm performance and opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's degree with a Business or IS major required; an MBA preferred.

-5+ years of experience in professional services environment.

-Strong technology skills including the ability query a variety of data sources (SQL, etc.).

-Data visualization skills

-Highly responsive with a strong sense of time management and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines efficiently and effectively.
