A client of Insight Global's is looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a prestigious academic healthcare environment in Philadelphia. This individual will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and executive communications, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and supporting key departmental initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with executive stakeholders in a fast-paced setting. They will serve as a central point of coordination between leadership, faculty, and administrative teams while helping manage sensitive information, competing priorities, and time-sensitive projects. This role also supports faculty affairs activities, including coordinating documentation, tracking deliverables, and ensuring important processes remain on schedule.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience supporting senior-level leaders (Executive, Director, Chair, Dean, VP, Department Administrator, etc.)
Experience managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and prioritizing competing requests in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion
Experience interacting with executive stakeholders, faculty, physicians, or senior leadership teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting faculty, department chairs, physicians, researchers, or academic leadership
Prior experience within a university, academic medical center, healthcare system, or research environment
Experience coordinating faculty affairs activities, including promotion or tenure processes
Exposure to project management principles or formal project coordination responsibilities
Experience navigating large, matrixed organizations and partnering with administrative teams across departments
