Join a dynamic healthcare organization in North Philadelphia as an Epic Analyst specializing in Cadence and/or Prelude. We’re seeking a certified professional to become an integral part of a collaborative team driving both operational support and strategic project initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide support for Epic Cadence/Prelude, managing incidents, service requests, and system enhancements.
• Contribute to impactful projects, including new feature implementations and system optimizations.
• Once fully onboarded, your responsibilities will be evenly split between support and project-based work (50/50).
• Engage in build activities, ticket resolution, and cross-functional collaboration to improve scheduling workflows and patient access.

Required Skills & Experience
• Epic Certified in Cadnece and/or Prelude – hands on experience preferred but no required
• High School Dipoma
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Hands on experience in an Epic role with proficient ability to troubleshoot, resarch and solve complex problems involving multiple integrated applications
• Experience supporting and implementing Cadence or Prelude applications
• Experience with feature implementations in Cadence
