Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Drug Data Analyst
• Experience working with drug product data (NDCs, packaging, attributes, etc.)
• Ability to interpret package inserts, manufacturer submissions, and inconsistent FDA data
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
In this role, you will support high-volume data entry of drug product information into internal databases, working with sources such as FDA documentation, manufacturer submissions, and package inserts. You will extract, interpret, and input key data points including NDC/UPC codes, ingredients and formulations, packaging details, pricing, availability, and physical product characteristics (e.g., tablet shape and color). A strong focus will be placed on maintaining accuracy and consistency across structured data fields, validating entries, and ensuring data integrity. You will also investigate and resolve discrepancies in source materials, applying sound judgment to classify information correctly. Additionally, your work will directly support downstream systems such as e-prescribing platforms, pharmacy systems, and digital product listings, ensuring reliable and up-to-date drug data across applications.
